This, the second of two reports covering a two-phase evaluation capacity building project undertaken under the auspices of the Canadian Association of Family Resource Programs (FRP Canada), covers Phase II (2003-2006).

  • Part Two details the activities and process during Phase II and also provides an overview of the evaluation system and tools developed.
  • Part Three provides a detailed guide to using the evaluation system and tools developed for family resource programs. A Quick Start Guide to the e-Valuation system and sample survey forms are provided in the appendices.
